Barb & Kasey’s Engagement

Barb and Kasey met while serving in the Peace Corps! After a few years of traveling the world, they choose the nation’s capital as their home!  Last spring, during a jog around the city, Kasey and Barb decided to head over to the Cherry Blossoms. Little did Barb know that Kasey would propose!!!

After hearing their story, we knew we had to shoot their engagement session at the Tidal Basin during peak bloom! Barb was all smiles during the shoot and Kasey was cool and collected navigating through all the tourists! It was all worth it because the pink and white Cherry Blossoms were a perfect backdrop for their story!
