Erin Ivey is a bartender at Lincoln and last month, she crafted a Cherry Blossom drink that tastes like a perfect spring day in Washington, DC! Her story was featured in the Beverage Journal and I had the opportunity to photograph her as she crafted the drink! It tastes light, airy, and has the perfect balance of sweetness and bitter.
