Calvary Women’s Services held their annual Hope Awards gala at the Ritz Carlton in Washington, DC. Their event celebrated women who have been uplifted by the services CWS provides. They top off the event with a fantastic live auction. Take a look at some of my favorites from their event:

Q&A about events:

How many team members do you work with for events?

Depending on the size and needs of the client, we oftentimes have two photographers for an event.

How quickly can we get the photos after the event?

As soon as you need them! We offer fast turn-around time for clients needing photographs sooner than a week post-event.

We’ll have a step-and-repeat, do we need another photographer?

Yes! I highly-recommend having a photographer just for the step-and-repeat. This allows everyone (who wants to) to be photographed with your (and sponsor) logos. In the meantime, the primary photographer can continue to photograph VIPs and candids.

We have a VIP reception, do we need a dedicated photographer for that?

Yes! These are the folks you’re going to want photographed, so you want a dedicated person for this portion.
