The Fisher House Foundation, which supports military families, held a 100th house celebration at the National Cathedral in Washington, DC. Each home they have built has provided great value to our nation’s heroes and their families. The event included musical selections, touching testimonial, and a ribbon cutting! Q&A about this event:

How do you handle high-level executives and VIPs at events?

We are very experienced and take the utmost discretion when photographing high-level executives and VIPs at events. We have photographed presidents, high-level government officials, and fast-moving CEOs. We appreciate when clients do let us know who will be in attendance so we can be on the lookout for them as they arrive and mingle with guests or other VIPs.

How many team members were included in this event?

We had a team of three for this large-scale event. Two photographers and a live editor. The primary photographer stayed with VIPs and high-level military leaders while the second photographer captured attendees and folks at the step-and-repeat.

How quickly did you turnaround the photos? 

Our live editor allowed us to get preview photographs out to our client in close to real-time, including uploading all step-and-repeat photos for guests by the end of the night. After the session, we provided a full gallery within five days. Our clients opt for expedited turnaround time so they can share with stakeholders and guests as soon as possible.

Do you work with event planners and production companies?

We absolutely love working with event planners and production companies. For this event, we worked with DatocWitten Group who coordinated the many event professionals that made the evening perfect. We worked with them to ensure every detail of the event was captured (speakers, ribbon cutting, performances, VIPs, etc.).
