Celebration: Latino Museum Legislation Passed

It’s official: the legislation passed paving the way for Smithsonian to establish the National Museum for the American Latino! Because of COVID, the celebration was held a year later. Special guests included Senator Ben Ray Luján, Unidos US CEO Janet Murguía and actor John Leguizamo.
