Wills Group Gala 2018

The annual Wills Group Gala and Golf Classic was held at Turf Valley in Ellicott City, MD. This two-day event supports the Wills Group Health and Safety Homes mission. Executives, key employees, and sponsors were invited to the event.

I really enjoyed this event because it was very organized and details were thought out. The stretch trapeze fabric on stage was white (which helps with color balance) and made the logos more vibrant. The floral arrangement matched the brand colors. And the step and repeat (or background) was also a stretch fabric which minimizes the wrinkle. Take a look at my step and repeat tips here.

The uplighting made a huge difference, especially when the speakers were on stage. We were able to photograph them with a background that matched their brand colors. These will be helpful when the Wills Group uses the images for marketing purposes.
