KIND Snacks’ CEO Daniel Lubetzky

You probably have had a KIND bar, but you may not know the story of how the KIND Snacks company came to be. CEO Daniel Lubetzky told the story of his father, a Holocaust survivor and a Mexican Jew, who settled his family to San Antonio, TX. Daniel Lubetzky studied at Trinity University, and after his long journey of starting a business, he was back to share his experiences. His visit included a meeting with students from the entrepreneurship track, a student lecture, and a talk for alumni at the Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade.
