Red Cell Partners are launching a new website with fresh photographs of their employees at work! I photographed folks in at the headquarters as they were in meetings and collaborating together. Q&A about Branding & Marketing Photography sessions:

We want our photos to look natural, how do we achieve that?
There are two ways to achieve that look: the first is photographing through meetings that are already happening in your office. This option takes a lot longer since most people aren’t smiling the entire meeting or looking engaged. The second option can get you more photos quicker: staging. While it’s not fully staged, we photograph a few employees and give them prompts to ensure they’re smiling and engaging throughout the session. That way, we can move people around and get the best light for each photo. There is more control on the outcomes with this option.

Our work is sensitive and we want to maintain privacy while also showing what it’s like to work in our offices. How would that work?
I recommend removing anything that is sensitive if they’re physical items. For words, I recommend using words that are already on your website or anything that’s already public. My most sensitive clients will also review all photos to ensure that nothing is showing before publishing online.

How quickly can we get the photos after the photo session?
Turnaround time is usually one week post-session. We can expedite turnaround time based on needs. Just let us know beforehand!
