Where should we take family portraits?
I always recommend a location that is important or special to your family! Especially with little ones–you want a location that’s comfortable for them! I can also recommend locations within the DMV or near your home that would work great.
How long is a typical session?
I say about 45 minutes to an hour. Depending on how many family members you have and the ages of your family members will change the time. Some family members need more time, others are much quicker! Families with little ones usually tap out at 45 minutes. All-adult family portraits typically goes to a full hour.
We need our photos for our holiday cards, what’s your average turnaround time?
The earlier we book, the earlier we can get your photos back! I typically turn photos around in two weeks. I highly recommend booking as soon as possible!
