I specialize in capturing classic weddings, fun family photo sessions, celebratory B'nai Mitzvah, and influential events for political candidates and companies.
Born in Peru, and now based in Washington, D.C., I love traveling and dining at every oyster bar along the way. I can’t wait to team up with you and capture your personal piece of history.

This series is back by popular demand! To be honest though, the last few months have been very busy. Remember to my instagram for more day-to-day behind the scenes.
Quite a lot has happened since the last BTC post in March. I’ve photographed for MJ Hegar who is running in Texas’ 31st Congressional District. She is a veteran running for office. I then traveled to Oklahoma and Nevada with Wilfire Contact to photograph Kendra Horn and Allison Stephens respectively.
Later in the spring/early summer, I photographed Maria Teresa Kumar from Voto Latino, headshots for The Brand USA, Sarah & David’s wedding, Comfort Cases Gala, The Rollins Family, and Kelsey & Isaac’s surprise proposal,to name a few.
On the personal front, I’ve gotten drinks with some good friends like Meghan Evans (whose clothing line is amazing!), Keri Weber, Tiffany Rivera, Lina Salazar, my bffls (Laura, Eva, Simone, Tenisha). I’ve dined at some of my favorite places: Plume, Hank’s Oyster Bar, Signature, FishWife from Union Market, and gotten challah from Palette Dome Cuisine.
Alright, so now that we’re caught up, here’s what I was up to in July:
It felt like everyone moved this summer! Jon Fleming and I helped our friend Katie move. We realized we forgot to take a group picture, so this one will do! Sorry, Katie!
I love receiving mail and I got this card from the Maas family! I photographed their wedding in 2o15 and it was even sweeter photographing their newborn. Thank you Erin & Adam!
I met up with Crystal and Vanessa. It’s so great getting to know more photographers in the area, especially women who also photograph corporate events! Looking forward to seeing you ladies soon.
Whenever we get the chance, Gina and I try a new (to us) restaurant. In July we dined at Ocho at the Hotel Havana. The empanadas were my favorite and their drinks were spot on. Can’t wait to go back!
I traveled to the University of Texas in Austin to photograph a headshot session for IEEE. They were having a conference and throughout the day, about 80 people came by to get their headshot taken. Busy but rewarding day.
That’s all for now. Thanks for reading along as we got caught up!
