I specialize in capturing classic weddings, fun family photo sessions, celebratory B'nai Mitzvah, and influential events for political candidates and companies.
Born in Peru, and now based in Washington, D.C., I love traveling and dining at every oyster bar along the way. I can’t wait to team up with you and capture your personal piece of history.

August was probably my favorite month this year! You may have seen on Instagram that I went to Spain and France!!! I mainly went to visit my cousins Renzo and Kevin who live in Spain, but while I was there, I figured I’d tack on a trip to France! (Why not right?!)
Similar to previous monthly recaps (you can see last month’s here), I only post iPhone photos since that’s usually the most accessible camera! I did take my DSLR for this trip though, but I’ll share those photos another time.
Here we go! A glance at my two week trip:
First stop: Madrid!
Lunch with Renzo at Finca de Susana! Their black rice is amazing!
Day trip to Segovia!
Back in Madrid, we went to El Retiro!
Summer Fridays meant we had to go out in the town! I loved that we got to take the train everywhere!
Ham, eggs, and potatoes in some shape or form are a staple! And even so as a late night snack! (Or meal…let’s get real!)
Took the tram to see Madrid from a different view with Kevin!
I told my cousins I really wanted to go kayaking and we totally did! It was a good time away from the city!
Then we departed Madrid and took the train to Barcelona!
In a tiny and quite hot elevator!
Isn’t the architecture awesome!?
Walking through La Rambla!
Pretty cool market finds!
Kevin is a big Barcelona fan (Renzo is all Madrid!), and told us that the Copa España finals were the same day we were in Barcelona!!! So we decided to buy tickets that day and go to the game! It was crazy fun! (P.S. The field picture was taken after Barcelona celebrated their win hence the confetti!)
Gaudi park had some great views and a good way to conclude our Barcelona tour!
Last meal full of ham in Spain!
The next day I said goodbye to my cousins (held back some serious tears!) and took a train to Avignon!
I finally made it to the famous Avignon bridge! I had always wondered about it since I took French in middle school!!
The next day was a trip to Nice, Monaco, and Eze!
I swear I have more pictures of Nice but I think I was most excited about finally going to Paris again after nine years!!!
I definitely brought back macrons from Angelina and they were delicious!!
I found Boissonnerie by accident and turned out to be a fully English speaking restaurant! Ha! The drinks and food were so good! I ended up at their wine shop La Derniere Goutte the next day to pick up some wine to take home!
My good friend Omnia was also in Paris! We live about 3 miles away in the states, but meeting up in Paris for breakfast was so much cooler! So glad we got a chance to connect!
One of my favorites places in Paris was Shakespeare and Company! I didn’t get what the hype was about until I got there and realized how awesome it was! I’m pretty sure I wandered in there for an hour!
After a long two week trip, champagne on the plane was a great way to celebrate!
Thanks for stopping by everyone! As the fall wedding season starts up, I’m excited to blog more weddings! Stay tuned!
